Job Description
We are a global software provider in the fintech industry and are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join our support division based in Tunis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our primarily North American-based financial sector clients.

Responsibilities:
• Resolve client issues related to application use and configuration at all levels of architecture, including the database, application servers, and front-end workflows.
• Report software issues to internal escalation points (including development/Product..) through documented processes and procedures, including replicating the issue when possible.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business needs to be able to support them effectively.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to clients within defined SLAs.
• Prioritize client incidents and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
• Utilize Linedata's proprietary issue management tool, KEN, to update, escalate, and resolve incidents.
• Interact with various levels of client and firm management through written and verbal communications.
• Identify common issues and their resolution and document them in our knowledge base.

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor's, Master's or License in IT, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of financial services/software client support environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure/Windows OS/AWS in a support-related setting is a plus.
