THE ROLE
The Team Lead will oversee a team of analysts and manage the end-to-end process for rating submissions, collateral reporting, and covenant compliance. This role involves stakeholder coordination, process optimization, and ensuring regulatory and contractual adherence.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the rating submission workflow, including document sourcing, tracking, and escalation.
Own the monthly collateral reporting cycle, including borrowing base reviews, trustee coordination, and exception handling.
Oversee concentration limit checks and ensure alignment between client and trustee data.
Supervise posted collateral quality checks and ensure timely sign-off for trustee reporting.
Manage quarterly covenant reporting, including financial statement source and lender communication.
Provide process walkthroughs, training, and documentation for new team members.
Track volumes, deadlines, and SLA adherence across all reporting streams.
Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and trustees.
Upload obligor financials for quarterly covenant reporting and assist in preparing lender reports.
Maintain documentation logs and support audit readiness.
Skills Required
· MBA (finance) 5+ years of experience in structured finance or collateral operations, with 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of regulatory and trustee reporting requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
Advanced Excel and familiarity with reporting tools and document repositories
Advantageous Skills
· Understanding Asset Based Lending life cycle and covenant monitoring will be added advantage.
Academic Requirements
MBA with 5 years + of experience.
